Conservative restoration and redevelopment of a historic 1930s building.

• Supply and installation of over 300 window systems manufactured with Metra NC 75 STH thermally broken profiles, in various configurations depending on their location within the building.
• On the Via Mazzini façades, installation of horizontal pivot windows, single-leaf French doors, and vertical pivot windows. In the inner courtyard, fixed window systems; all insulated glazing units feature selective outer panes.
• On the mezzanine level of the inner courtyard, the scope is completed by a walkable skylight composed of insulated glass units with anti-slip Madras treatment, supported by load-bearing steel structure.
• At ground floor level, the scope is completed by the supply of Poliedra Sky curtain walls and steel window systems for the entrance lobby.
