Expansion of the existing historic hotel through the volumetric redevelopment of spaces formerly used as a cinema

• Construction of the new lobby and mezzanine-level bar area, with access from both Piazza Beccaria and Galleria del Corso
• Development of new floors dedicated to suite rooms, hospitality and dining areas, together with the comprehensive refurbishment of all common spaces
• Upgrading of the entire complex in compliance with current fire safety and prevention regulations
• Design and construction of the lobby and the external glazed elements visible from both Galleria del Corso and Piazza Beccaria
