TYPE OFF WORKS

Complete renovation of an entire office floor, including:

• Upgrade of mechanical and electrical systems
• Reconfiguration of spaces, with the creation of three independent access points for separate tenants 3 tenants
• Internal partitions to define functional office layouts
• Construction of new restroom blocks including full MEP installations and finishes
• Functional refurbishment of existing windows and frames, including adjustment and maintenance works
• Installation of raised flooring in calcium sulfate panels with a PVC finish layer suitable for office use
